We’re a fast-paced, high-energy bowling lounge in Midtown seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for day-to-day front-of-house operations, beverage innovation, team training, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do: Curate and manage seasonal beverage menus (cocktails, wine, beer, N/A options). Oversee bar inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maintain cost control and product quality. Train and lead bartenders and bar staff in service standards, mixology, and product knowledge. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Analyze sales and adjust offerings to maximize revenue and profitability. Uphold cleanliness, ambiance, and guest-ready presentation at all times. Resolve guest issues with professionalism and a service-first mindset. Perform other duties as necessary to ensure optimal service and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/beverage leadership role. Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, mixology, and current beverage trends. Strong leadership and team development skills. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in POS and inventory systems. Polished, professional appearance and attitude. Cool under pressure, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Why Join Us?
